Leading Israeli novelist and keynote speaker David Grossman is a remarkably prolific writer who has covered the board in both subject and genre. Grossman has written seven novels, a play, a number of short stories and novellas, and a number of books for children and youth. He has also published several books of non-fiction, including interviews with Palestinians and Israeli Arabs. In 2007, Grossman's novels The Book of Internal Grammar and See Under: LOVE were named among the ten most important books since the creation of the State of Israel.
Other authors featured include Avraham Burg, former Speaker of the Knesset in Israel (1999-2003), and Etgar Keret, the most popular writer among Israeli youth today and screenwriter of the recent runaway success “Jellyfish.” Other esteemed guests will include Gregory Levey, author of Shut Up, I'm Talking: And Other Diplomacy Lessons I Learned in the Israeli Government, and many others.
